Property and Casualty Insurance: Traditional insurance coverage is available for BIANYC members on commercial auto, inland marine, tools & equipment and property.

Workers’ compensation: In order to meet their insurance needs, the members founded the Builders Self-Insurance Trust. Although all insurance programs require active membership, this unique program offering Workers’ Compensation was designed for members and is owned by participating members.
